Let me capture
that is uniquely
Vanessa was so much fun to work with and made the entire experience of our photo shoot something that I will always remember. Her creativity and excellent ability to see that perfect shot really came across in the photographs; I couldn't be happier."
I still remember when we started talking about having a surprise wedding, all the jitter and excitement. We had no idea how we were going to be able to pull it off; the only thing we knew for sure is that we wanted Vanessa to take our wedding pictures.
We met Vanessa about a year ago when she took some family pictures at Toronto’s Distillery District and she was just amazing; she was able to bring out the best of us and let us feel at ease.
So, as soon as we set a date I emailed her and she was on board..! She was probably the first person to know about it, since it was a surprise and we had family visiting, so the planning had to be done over the phone and email.
The day came and everything work out perfectly - it was beautiful and intimate. Vanessa was able to capture everyone's reaction: my parents’ faces when we announce that it was not an engagement party but we were actually getting MARRIED, my mom helping me to put on my wedding gown and my dad crying the moment he saw me in it and my now husband's face during our vows…Everything. I can live the moment over and over again looking at her pictures.
It is hard to put to words how grateful I am. She was celebrating and cheering us on, capturing for us the moments that are now some of our happiest, most cherished memories ever. Memories that we can share with our friends and family who were so many miles away and are now able to smile and enjoy our surprise wedding.
Thank you Vanessa…. We love you!
Vanessa really captured the look of our theatre class's production of Dracula!
She focused on each of the actors and consulted with them to produce the shots that we were looking for and shots that we never expected!
Our whole group is very thankful, and the photos have been great for publicity and as mementos of the personalities, costumes, and creations that go with putting on a theatre production.
