Over the last few days I’ve been able to observe a group of 6 Trumpeter Swans in my area….they are so beautiful! They are really quite large up close and so stunning to look at. There were 4 younger ones that were gray and white and 2 adults that were all white. I noticed they were tagged so I reported the birds to the Canadian Wildlife Bird Banding Lab. Here are a few pics I was able to snap one day while out on a walk. I hope they’re going to stick around…..

Late this fall I had the pleasure of taking photos of one of my favourite families again. I had a blast getting to photograph these little guys and their infectious spirits….not being cooped up in a studio does wonders for getting those smiles!
If you are ever wondering if choosing an outdoor photo shoot will work for you, just look how happy these guys are as they run around the boardwalk! Having your family’s photo shoot in the Beaches area of Toronto really enables me to capture those genuine smiles and the interaction between children, siblings and parents.
I can’t wait for all the fun photo shoots to start with the SNOW!!!
Walking home after a family photo shoot the other day, I noticed how quiet the beaches were and the beautiful orange sunset in the West. I stopped to snap a few photos before I went home and while doing so met a new friend. His name is Jack. His owner Graham thought he was a pretty special guy and I totally agree….he posed like a seasoned professional! Here are a few shots of ‘Jack on the Beach’…

This past weekend I had the pleasure of doing a photo shoot with one of my best friends and her daughter. They were so cute and you can clearly see that they are also, ‘Best Friends’!
What a great Summer I had here in the Beaches! I am absolutely in LOVE with my new ‘outdoor studio’ and the amazing pictures I am able to take! As the weather has transitioned into Fall I am able to see how the landscape though changed a bit, is still a great backdrop for photos. Here are a few shots from one of my latest photo shoots…
